Fernando Tristão Fernandes’ professional activities are closely tied to his political militancy during the harsh military regime of 1964 and he has acquired vast experience in many legal areas in a career spanning almost half a century of law practice. Fernando Augusto Fernandes

A professor in Economic Criminal Law, he has a Master`s in Criminal Law from Cândido Mendes University and his thesis was on the defense of political prisoners via the Republic, under the tutelage of Professor Nilo Batista. He took a specialization course in Criminal Law at the same institution and also holds an MBA in Economic and Corporate Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro.  read more
